I found a photo of the habitat from 1969 on Flickr along with some interesting discussion, which led me to this Geological Society of America article. There may be something usable for this article. --RexxS (talk) 00:24, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
I was a Behavior Observer on Tektite II, and in 2007, after connecting with one of my peers from UT Austin and Tektite, began searching for materials and locating participants. I located the same stunning photo, taken by one of the principal aquanauts from Tektite I and II, Ed Clifton, who was also the author of the 'Evening on a Tropical Beach' article. While not exactly suitable for submission here, I have collected various materials, and have made contact with some more of the folks who were there in 1970.
