Copyright edit
I think a lot of this article was a series of copyright violations prior to me beginning to edit it in the last few hours, although the two main sources are so obscure that I cannot locate them. This most definitely is such a violation, even though I can only see the book at a snippet view on Google. I cannot rephrase it from a snippet view (we generally deprecate using such views anyway) but I will try to locate a copy offline and reinstate - will probably cost me some money but it looks like an interesting read. - Sitush (talk) 13:35, 26 September 2016 (UTC)
