I have removed the unsourced statement that Glas' suspension created 'one of the biggest upheavals in the Scottish church. The Glasites were a far more minor breakaway than several other schisms and certainly caused nothing like the scale of upheaval that the disruption of 1843 did. I removed the "notable" residents as even a cursory search showed that notability was trivial at best. If it was to be re-inserted, it needs sources cited to demonstrate notability. Stroness (talk) 16:56, 23 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
