Sylvia Plath Citation

I have searched high and low looking for the source poem in Sylvia Plath anthologies but cannot find these lyrics in her poetry. This needs a citation or should be removed. I have found several forums asking for this source poem to no avail and other forums calling it an urban legend. I accept that I'm not a Sylvia Plath scholar (however, I do enjoy her work) but given this song's popularity, Chapin's popularity, and Plath's popularity, common sense would dictate that such a source poem should be easily found by any search engine. This is not the case. I'm temporarily leaving the reference with the caveat that "popular culture attributes this to Sylvia Plath" but if no citation appears, I'll remove the reference to her.
