The page is not blatant advertising but instead information on the largest planned community in Buckeye, the second fastest growing city in the nation.[1] There is no difference between this page than the page on Verrado (not blatant advertising)

It's not blatant advertising, and therefore not subject to speedy-deletion. But that's not what I poted. I put up the regular {{advert}} tag, which merely indicate that it reads like an ad, but isn't quite blatant enough for speedy-delete. You need to tone down the promotional tone of the article, and provide some links to independent, reliable sources that indicate how thi subject might be notable. I have removed the {{hangon}} tag, becaue it did not apply, and restore the {{advert}} tag.
