Inaccurate Plot Description edit
The description of the plot contains the following sentence: "Another possibility is that Marco is guilty of rape and has allowed Benigno to take the fall for the crime". Was this ever suggested or implied in the film? I am sure it wasn't. Something missing! edit
- I think, on the page, should be said something about the genre of a film. It's a real sentimental melodram, not comparable to other films done by Almadovar. Timing and temperament are slow and melancholic. The to parallel ladys, differing in their profiles, but same in fate, coma patient, aren't able to act on their coflicts, they are objects of mens disire. And best in being in coma! So love can flow and
nursing is the only possible tender contact. To me this appears somehow ironic, but it#s told sentimental. Males as mamas and females as nearly deads; touching everbodys heart space. Silent film ? edit
ATM, the article is a member of Category: Silent films. Not having seen the movie, I understand a segment is silent; it seems quite a stretch to me to categorize the film itself as silent, based on a segment or inclusion... Studerby (talk) 02:56, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
