Bad production quality
editThe Ti-68 was made with ribbon cables connecting the print and the LCD display. Those cables were glued to the conducting pads on the display and the printed circuit board. The conductive glue tends to deteriorate and lift off single conductors leading to display pixel failures. You may try to re-glue the ribbon using a soldering iron at about 150 centigrade, but there is no long life expectance to be promised. Sorry to say, the Ti-68 is one of the worst Texas Instruments products ever. 193.83.191.242 (talk) 16:51, 18 December 2017 (UTC)wabi193.83.191.242 (talk) 16:51, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
