The "Notes" section read that Lincoln and Michael would not be eligible for a Presidential pardon, since the President can only pardon federal crimes. However, Michael robbed a bank, which is still a federal crime, and Lincoln's "murder" of Steadman was probably federal.

Most importantly, don't forget these two guys masterminded the escape of 6 other prisoners, which is certainly a federal crime. 205.206.239.39 06:51, 6 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
