Sunder Nagar is also popular for its unity and social works. All units and buildings come together and celebrate every festival with full delite and devotion. Streets are enlightened during Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri,Janmashtami, etc. A temple of Vaishnodevi Mata is situated at the heart of Sunder Nagar.

Sunder Nagar Garden is quite famous for its Cricket and Football facilities. The garden includes a huge playground having all facilities, joggers area, water tank known as 'Pyau'.At evenings it is a place to be!!One can enjoy the Golawala',Pani-Puri, Shankar's sandwich and Dosas.

In all Sunder Nagar is a place where one can live a happy and friendly life!!
