Abacus

Abacus GDS is not a subsidiary of Royal Brunei. Royal Brunei is just the local distributor for Abacus GDS in Brunei. Being a local dealer does not make you owner of the company that makes the product. It's just like saying some local automobile dealership owns the car manufacturer.
