Abandon Dog
editThis poor dog is very malnourished and it looks like it was tied up and broke loose. This is on the road to Elkol just south oh mile marker 33. The dog is very weak. We stop to see if we could get it but it went pass the cattle prod where the sheet are and it is private land .
