I have just started this page at Wikipedia and will further upgrade and update it. I act on behalf of the executive board of the festival Stozhary. All the information will be correctly referenced and updated to meet Wikipedia requirements in a short time.

Problem with image

Please, help to add "in other languages" bar to this page
