I agree with User:Asqueladd this article has to be resplit regarding the Madrid snowstorm. It was the largest snowfall in Madrid for over a century. There is enough material in Madrid for an article 5 times as long as the one discussing effects elsewhere. There is also precedent on Wikipedia with Hurricane Katrina and Effects of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. I think User:MarioJump83 you have been hasty in merging these two articles.
