- as in Iowa (official usage, reflecting constitutional phrasing). Also, Arizona's constitution calls for a speech on the condition of the state, though that state refers to the speech as the "State of the State." To my knowledge, it's also not uncommon for county commissioners to give a "State of the County" address in the county seat assembly location. 24.20.203.54 (talk) 18:51, 7 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
