Map edit
It would be good to have a map of the boundries, even approximately, showing what area of present day Haiti this state included. eric (talk) 06:29, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

Wiki seems to be in error edit
The 1811 constitution did not change the name of the country to the Kingdom of Haiti, but merely established that the State of Haiti was to be governed as a kingdom. Unless there are sources backing the name change (for example, it was perhaps enacted as a proclamation or law subsequent to the Constitution,) the Kingdom of Haiti article should be merged as a new section here. — LlywelynII 21:17, 20 February 2011 (UTC)
