Unclear

The second sentence is the main problem. (The article must've been translated from the German Wikipedia.) --Mrwojo (talk) 19:02, 1 July 2009 (UTC) \Reply

I clarified the meaning. --Trinitrix (talk) 12:29, 3 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Nach Jahr & Tag

edit

By year and day is not to be translated literally, but rather an unspecific term for a longer period. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jahr_und_Tag — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:8109:B00:4776:F055:FB23:1ADA:979E (talk) 14:45, 27 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

It didn't end in the 13th Century

edit

This article is extremely misleading, Stadluft macht frei was still the law of dozens of cities well into the 16th Century. I'm not going to get into an edit war over it, but it should be pointed out. Hopefully (eventually) somebody will fix it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:8807:5700:5C00:34E0:8042:945A:D2A7 (talk) 17:17, 20 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
