I don't understand this article

Sorry, I found this article via the "random article" key and must admit I don't understand a word, although I'm quite good in mathematics. What is this set $p_{1}^{e_{1}}p_{2}^{e_{2}}...p_{k}^{e_{k}}$???

By a google search I found this page, which at least gave me some ideas, but I still have no real clue.

Whats with this rephrasing: ...Størmer's theorem states that the set of integers

$p_{1}^{e_{1}}p_{2}^{e_{2}}...p_{k}^{e_{k}}$

generated as products of the powers $e_{i}$ of $k$ given primes $p_{i}$ ...

but still I don't understand what the $e_{i}$ are. Obviously the can't be fixed numbers, because then it's only one integer, not a set, so I assume they are in some range. Is the set generated by giving each $e_{i}$ any value 1,2,3, ... i.e. each $e_{i}$ is set to all positive integers?
