Marx

Agreed; not to assume anything but I thought that Orwell had meant Old Major to represent Marx. Incidentally, can anyone find one of Squealer's confusing speeches? -Stephen (talk) 23:20, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Gender

It says that Napoleon is the only Berkshire boar, not the only boar. Squealer is most definitely a male. thatswhatsuptoo (talk)

British Version

I think "british version" needs to be clarified. Prehaps that entire statement should be removed. I have the Penguin Modern Classics "version" which does not talk of Squealer on page 73 Dared111 (talk) 18:20, 8 March 2010 (UTC)

Vyacheslav Molotov

There's no source for the notion that Squealer is based on Molotov. I've made some corrections by deleting this and the other unsourced statements about what the character is based on, or alludes to. JArthur1984 (talk) 21:28, 27 June 2022 (UTC)
