Work plan edit
I will try to significantly expand the contents of this article. First, I will structure it as suggested in the MED MOS guidelines, putting the existing material in the proper location. Then, I will start filling in each section and subsection. Tave15 (talk) 14:44, 21 February 2019 (UTC)
I filled in each section and I think now the article has a clearer structure and is overall more complete. Still, many sections would benefit from further expansion. Tave15 (talk) 16:21, 28 February 2019 (UTC)
