Normal rookie, please explain if WP:CON has been reached regarding the addition of non-official languages in this article. Is there any reason for the inclusion of Chinese? Is Chinese now an official language in Penang or specifically used by the Speaker's position only? To add on, there had been instances of other editors inserting Chinese and Tamil scripts into leads and infoboxes, especially in articles unrelated to either languages like government institutions (this is just 1 example out of many: [1]), turning them into a jumble of languages and impairing readability.
