Correct common name and capitalization edit

I changed the common name to spadefoot, which is consistent with Standard Common and Current Scientific Names for North American Amphibians, Turtles, Reptiles & Crocodilians. Sixth Edition. and the Peterson's field guide for reptiles and amphibians. Also, changes to lower case reflects rules for capitalization established by the Council of Scientific Editors, Chicago Manual of Style, and the AP Stylebook 2004. I was unable to delete the toad from the article's title.
