Just to note, OIMS was not founded by Tsander and Tsiolkovsky as often reported. It was a civilian spinoff of a military space-travel club at the airforce academy. Tsander was invited to be a charter member by Vetchinkin during the club's formation. DonPMitchell (talk) 00:04, 25 June 2008 (UTC)
