Stylistics edit

Well, it may be a lost cause, but I still like to see simple language. It helps the less-expert reader, and makes for easier translation into other languages. For example: "These 23 species are phylogenetically scattered in 11 genera in eight widely separated families". Instead "These 23 species are in 11 genera from eight widely separated families". It would be useful to give readers an idea of how large spider colonies tend to be.
