Does anybody know if 'Sister Marie' is still with us? (she will only be about 70 now) I remember seeing the adverts in the newspapers. I've seen the official OMD video (dealing with the conflict in a young girl's mind between the optimistic vision of hope presented by her rather 'old school' Catholic beliefs and the grim reality of her modern urban life as a school-age single mother) but it would be a sheer joy to see another video featuring Sister Marie and David Icke on one side; with Patrick Moore and Stephen Hawking on the other :-) 86.132.126.175 (talk) 23:52, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
- I've been unable to find anything anywhere about any later exploits of 'Sister Marie Gabriel', which is perhaps a pity. She was a very eccentric but strangely endearing character. The last mention of her is in court records in an action for contempt of court some years ago. Maybe the failure of her predictions helped to bring her back into 'reality' as regards the difference between imagination and 'visions'. Sadly, I get the feeling that she may no longer be with us, as (on her past record) she would probably have launched a lawsuit against OMD by now - she used to issue them at the drop of a hat :-) 86.146.27.191 (talk) 19:26, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
