If these are for "Women and Smoking: A Report of the Surgeon General" available at https://www.google.com.au/books/edition/Women_and_Smoking/8qo2mYkn_Q4C or in the NLM https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK44312/ then the information in the book isn't supporting what it's being used as a reference for, though searching the book may find the place.
