  • Siam (disambiguation) currently exists but is a redirect to this page. I propose to move this page to "Siam (disambiguation)" and then change Siam to redirect to Thailand, because "Thailand" seems clearly to be the primary topic that most people are referring to by the term "Siam." --Russ (talk) 21:13, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
  • Support. A couple of shopping centres and a railway station do not make the primary meaning of Siam ambiguous. It should redirect to Thailand. — AjaxSmack 00:42, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
  • Support. Looks as it is the primary topic. feydey (talk) 16:54, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

Work in progress

Having violated Wiki guidelines for disambiguation pages, I've noted in the lede that "Siam" is an exonym, deleted unnecessary reference section, and am in the process of incorporating "Siam" exonimic history where it belongs in History of Thailand. --Pawyilee (talk) 02:50, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

Duh. History of Thailand is a loooong article. What's the beef with piping the link to History of Thailand#Siamese? --Pawyilee (talk) 17:46, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Where should Siam redirect?

Where should the Siam page redirect? Please discuss at Talk:Siam. —  AjaxSmack  02:57, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
