I've initially rated this page as stub - there are no inline citations, and the page could do with information such as the history and reasons for the creation of 16+1 codes. There are additional 'NS' categories now as well (as per the citation on the page), which record other reasons for which the SDE could not be captured (e.g. the officer is called away suddenly to something else).
