This webpage describes Seider's Springs. Content is pulled from the Bryker Woods neighborhood website - the author of the this Wikipedia page is the same author of the Bryker Woods neighborhood website. Brykerwoods (talk) 20:15, 3 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
Sorry for the confusion. I am the author of the source content with which there are alleged copyright violations. I am working to make this Wikipedia entry fully compliant . Many thanks for your time and helpful advice. Brykerwoods (talk) 14:12, 6 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
I have added the following statement to the web page used as source information for this Wikipedia article. Web pages with statement “The text of this web page is available for modification and reuse under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License and the GNU Free Documentation License.” see http://www.txinfo.com/brykerwoods/Parks/index.html
Please note that although I am the author, the material is not copyrighted and the content is to be considered that of the public domain. I want to make absolutely certain my Wikipedia article submission complies with copyright standards/requirements.
Have I made the necessary changes required for the republishing of this Wikipedia article? Brykerwoods (talk) 15:27, 7 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
I think that's OK but I generally shy away from the copyright permission process. Moonriddengirl (talk · contribs) is a great resource for that kind of thing and WP:DCM explains how that works. I'd leave a message on her talk page and see if she can help. She's also a member of the Wikipedia OTRS team which handles matters like this. I'll be around to help when I can. I'm sure she can put it together but I've also got a list of all the articles/pictures that were originally deleted to help with the restoration process, if needed. If you have any questions, you can post messages here, my talk page, or your talk page and I'll see them. OlYellerTalktome 15:39, 7 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the note. I have contacted Moonriddengirl (talk · contribs) Now that I have eliminated the copyright problems associated with my Wikipedia entry, how can the article be made active again? Many thanks again for helping me with this important and fundamental issue. Brykerwoods (talk) 17:16, 9 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
  • Should be just fine. :) Since you are the original author, Brykerwoods, I have not added an "attribution template" to the article itself. If you were not, we would have to for license compliance and to avoid plagiarism as Wikipedia defines it. :) Just in case you ever need to attribute compatibly licensed content copied from a source you didn't write, see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the procedure. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:26, 10 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
