The article is titled "Sedacca House". The reader will presume that the content is about (the) Sedacca House. The reader is likely to wonder why part of it is under the heading "Sedacca House" -- could the article (as a whole) perhaps not be about (the) Sedacca House after all?
This concern was why I removed the heading. It has since been readded. I'd happily remove it a second time, but of course want to avoid an edit war.
