Is this administrative position the same as the one found in this article that is under a French title: Ministry of Native Affairs (Quebec) ? If so than I think these two articles can be considered for combining.

Looking more into it, it appears that the Minister in the other article may be in charge of this secretariat. Still I think they can be combined. DaltonCastle (talk) 22:56, 14 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
