Under controversy, it says "it created somewhat of a barrier between North End Halifax and the main downtown area." I think that's funny because it's under controversy. People should consider it a good thing that it's a barrier between North End and Downtown. Some really scary people come from North End!!! threehappypenguins 09:44, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
