SLC vs. SLIC

In American practice, the acronym "SLIC" stands for "Subscriber Line Interface Circuit" and says nothing about whether its a carrier circuit or not; every copper subscriber line now connectes to a SLIC, whether it's in the CO or a remote point.

Someone should write this article so we can remove this errorneous redirect, but for now, I'm going to re-pointthe redirect to the pretty-appropriate Line card article.
