Russell Heights community is a neighborhood on Russell Road and Smyth Road. The community has a large Somali population who came to Ottawa during the Somali civil war. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.73.213.93 (talk) 07:23, 18 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
