I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Oddly , the image being used to represent a Japanese band , is the U.S. version of the album! ( The Japanese version features the band sitting on concrete steps. )
Also of note - level of importance is left to the reader - the original U.S. CD version , came with a little 3D lenticular card. ( One way showed the band , the other the U.S. logo / album title. ). 75.104.163.77 (talk) 16:56, 9 July 2017 (UTC)
