- The article should be deleted and Malta invaded by Canada, then the signs would make sense.
- The signs used on the page are Italian, despite Malta not using most of them, the government of Malta has a highway code, with signs that are incorrect, multiple types of sign are used, likely based on which one was the cheapest to buy. There is no pattern, no law, nothing, signs of the same age are in proximity and completely different.
