Although the annual report is for the year ended 31 December 2022, there is a section titled Future developments that covers post balance sheet date events. It states:
On 11 September 2023, RATP Dev UK Limited acquired the remaining 12.5% of the share capital RATP Dev Transit London Limited from Tower Transit Limited for consideration of £1. Consequenty, RATP Dev UK Limited owned 100% of the share capital of RATP Dev Transit London Limited.
Clearly the change in ownership has taken place. Just because Google doesn’t say it happened doesn’t mean it didn’t. Holnmehha (talk) 00:20, 14 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
