This is not a "bicycle path", and it is certainly not "dedicated". It is a multi-use pathway, part of the NCC's Capital Pathway Network. Use of this term has two implications: 1) that pedestrians/joggers and inline skaters are not allowed to use it (when actually pedestrains and joggers make up the majority of traffic on this particular one), and 2) that cyclists are not allowed on the Driveway itself. Didn't know that? Now you do. See [1] for more Ottawa-based info on the pathways. --RealGrouchy03:21, 16 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
Photos of QE Driveway available - please pick one!

Since it was such a beautiful day today, I took some photos of the QE driveway. I have uploaded them to my Picasa account, and they are available for viewing here. I'd appreciate input (either here or on my talk page) as to the preferred photo. I will then upload the full-size version of that photo and release it under a Wikipedia-friendly license. --RealGrouchy19:08, 21 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
Well done! They are all beautiful photos, but I have a particular liking for the sixth photo from the left, as it shows the proximity to the water as well as what I think must be Carleton University on the other bank.--Xnuala (talk)(Review) 19:50, 21 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
