pseudo edit

Pseudo does not mean false. Whoever keeps writing that please look up the meaning of pseudo. I can see why somebody would think it means false but it does not. For example, pseudoscience does not mean 'false science,' it means 'trying to be science.' --193.1.104.12 (talk) 13:58, 31 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

transitional? edit

"Non-ciliated pseudostratified columnar epithelia are located in the lining of the male urethra."

I thought that was transitional epithelium. Tkjazzer (talk) 02:03, 2 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
Prostatic urethra has transitional epithelium, but penile urethra has pseudostratified columnar epithelium. --194.27.165.133 (talk) 01:13, 6 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed merge with Respiratory epithelium edit

Respiratory epithelium is the most common type of pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium. We could merge the two articles (use the content from Respiratory epithelium for the Pseudostratified columnar epithelium article) in order to obtain a more complete article on the subject, especially since both articles are currently quite small. • Oppose - Respiratory epithelium is one of the specialised epithelia and really needs its own page. (Google hits over 14 million). --Iztwoz (talk) 16:24, 30 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose the two concepts are independently notable and worthy of their own pages, even if the pages are not going to be super long. --Tom (LT) (talk) 05:30, 4 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
