That struck me too. This is sheer conjecture on my part, but there is often a confusion with square metre/square foot conversion, with people assuming that 1sqm = c.3sq', as with linear measurements, rather than the correct figure of c. 9sq'. I'm wondering therefore if there has been some sort of 'double adjustment'; someone's posted the square footage with an incorrect square meterage calculated from it (i.e. divided the square footage by three), someone else then assumed the square meterage to be the correct figure and changed the square footage to reflect it?
