Recent edits to the article are highly promotional and read like a real estate advertisement and violate policy WP:PROMO. Mentions in the local paper does not make them notable. Cotton2 (talk) 05:59, 31 October 2016 (UTC)

I have removed remaining promotional material. I suggest finding reliable 3rd party sources, as PRNEWSWIRE is not reliable. It simply reprints corporate comminications. Cotton2 (talk) 08:41, 31 October 2016 (UTC)
