The image for this page's infobox was replaced. The image neither showed a significant location nor was it representative of the city. (mattofwashington (talk) 11:39, 25 March 2010 (UTC))Reply

It appeared to show part of the downtown; what's wrong with that? I'm not complaining about your change (the new picture is quite appropriate in my mind); I just don't understand why you think a downtown shot insignificant and unrepresentative. Nyttend (talk) 01:02, 26 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Okay, I uploaded another photo showing the marginally more-alive half of downtown. Bill Whittaker (talk) 20:15, 1 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

2010 Census Redistricting Data edit

The population and area reflect current data, however, I am unable to find as detailed demographic information as what is present on the article now. mattofwashington (talk) 21:51, 12 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

The skyline photo is saved as "PrairieCityIowa.jpg" on the English Wikipedia. That same photo is saved as "Prairie City.jpg" on Wikipedia Commons. However, there is also a photo on the English Wikipedia that is saved as "Prairie City.jpg" (it's actually of a different Prairie City, a township located in Kansas). So, when "Prairie City.jpg" is typed, the Kansas photo on the English Wikipedia shows up, not the Iowa photo on Wikipedia Commons (the correct photo). I have reverted it back to the photo on the English Wikipedia until this matter can be sorted out. mattofwashington (talk) 03:49, 22 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
