University or campus? edit
This page seems to be more about the defunct university not the campus (e.g. how can a campus have alumni?). Furthermore most of the text is a duplication of the NWU page. I believe the text should be merged.PurpleDuke 16:47, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
- Current information about the campus should be moved to the NWU page. Information about (pre-merger) history and (pre-merger) alumni should be moved to a separate article article about PUCHE, just as we have separate articles about the University of Natal, Rand Afrikaans University, etc. - htonl (talk) 19:20, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

See University of Natal, University of Durban-Westville, University of KwaZulu-Natal. Also see Rand Afrikaans University, and University of Johannesburg. This article should focus on the historical Potchefstroom University only. Park3r (talk) 11:53, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
- Agreed; and I agree with the edits you've made. I would suggest that this article should ultimately be a disambiguation between the PUCHE article and the NWU article. The NWU article is particularly short and could accommodate the remaining information about the Potchefstroom campus. - htonl (talk) 18:57, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
