Sorry this was submitted twice. After submitting the first time, I saw a message saying "This article has not been submitted for review" -- in fact, this appears even now. It's not entirely clear what's happening.

I've recreated this article based on the very weak previous AfD, and the lack of promotional content in this version of the article. The last AfD proposer openly admits the nom was based on a cursory Google search. I believe this appears to have a semblance of notability, and different from the previously AfD'd article.
