I don't know why my edit would look like an Ad. I just cited the original reports. The entry just explained what this plan is.
What's more is this entry just looks like a trimmed translated version of its Chinese language page. That page looks fine, nobody said it's like an Ad.
I just deleted a sentence that may look like Ad.

Who can credibly say that the people involved are "talents"? See more at WP:Peacock. - The large amount of detail. Is the recruitment procedure really relevant to an encyclopedic article? Does academic readers need to know that

See more at WP:Detail, and consider loose-reading WP:Not too. - The list at the bottom of the article is not only in excessive detail, but also fails to conform to Wikipedia's style standards. Please read some other list-filled articles, for instance Ivy League, and consider having a look at WP:MOS for complete instructions.

- Other than that, please don't remove maintanence tags only because you disagree with them. Focus on improving the article with the criticism in mind, and all else should follow.
