POV opinion on the topic
editJust to inform: I get the impression that this party subdivision Philippists vs. Lutherans is not quite legio in the Church of Sweden. The story approximately goes: yes, there was a conflict Philippists vs. Lutherans historically, and it has also occurred as an undercurrent in the academical debate and history writing in Sweden too, but ...(imagine a certain degree of dramaticism here)... since the Church of Sweden only semi-lutheranized itself and kept most of the catholic mass, since Melanchton and Luther never opposed eachother, only supported eachother, and since Church of Sweden never partook in the later party conflicts that reformed the Lutheran churches far more than "Luther himself intended" (acc2 Church of Sweden POV), the Church of Sweden could be considered Luther-Philippist and thus in a sense "Philippist" or rather "Luther-Melanchthonite" synonymed with "Evangelism" (not to be confused with "Evangelicalism").
