If it is in the public domain, then Leonarda Ciampa has given up ALL rights to the content. There is no exception. Wikipedia users can, and probably will, remove the name from this page. If Mr. Ciampa wishes to retain credit on the article, then Public Domain licensing is the incorrect choice. Some type of With-Attribution licensing would be more appropriate.
