GA Review edit

GA review (see here for criteria)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose):   b (MoS):
Writin's pretty good, but there are a few issues. Remove two of the tree mentions of local homes in the second paragraphs of the RD. Even after crossing the state line, Route 402 is mainly rural, with small breaks at at intersections with local roads. "at at"? Route 402 was assigned to most of its current routing in 1928, excepting for a piece at Pecks Pond, where it originally ran along the shoreline of the pond. "Excepting for a piece"? This intersection was a lot of the time congested "A lot of the time" is unencyclopediac writing. A Monroe County official reportedly admitted that the Marshalls Creek Bypass is the only project on the chopping block..." "chopping block" is more unencyclopediac writing.
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references):   b (citations to reliable sources):   c (OR):
White Heron Lake is visible from the north... OR, not in source. Just north of Silver Lake Road, Pickerel Lake is visible to the west. More OR. Please remove or source mentions of things visible from the road.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects):   b (focused):
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales):   b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:

Overall a good article, but there are some issues to be fixed. I've put the article on-hold. Good luck with improving it to GA status, Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 20:11, 11 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
