I think that the link to the governor who was impeached needs to be fixed. The referenced article refers to events in the 1920s, while this case was decided in the 1960s. Ari 20:24, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

There were no citations as to this case being bad law. Indeed, the rationale used here was roughly used in landmark cases like Jacob & Kent. Rousseau 15:36, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

Relevance of the picture?

Is there any relevance of the picture to the case at hand, other than the fact that they both involve coal mining? I do not see anything to suggest that the picture is of the Peevyhouse site. Cdecoro (talk) 18:15, 9 September 2009 (UTC)

I am also totally confused by the relevance of the picture in this article. In the box, beneath the picture where a caption would normally appear, there's a link to the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, but the picture has nothing to do with that Court. The picture's URL is

This suggests that the picture is illustrative of a strip mining operation. This should be clarified, or else deleted altogether. Ileanadu (talk) 23:44, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
