The book on Pauls' history from 1946 needs to be obtained, to identify the origins of the name, the founders, etc. Parmalat may be able to assist. I have only provided a brief update to give more of an insight into the company and the events influencing its operations. I also have no connection with the organisation other than as a consumer of its products, but it was an every-day icon in Queensland, and ties into one of my other articles.
