Time frame edit
The copies from Soviet encycklopedia on web say that the position existed during 1933-1961. Which is most surely incorrect: there are references to Pravda articles dated by 1962, which say about the "leading role of partorgs". - 7 bubyon >t 22:39, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
